APU Alumni Association’s “Alumni Database” to be transferred to a new system
The APU Alumni Association’s “Alumni Database” will be transferred to a new system.
Information that graduates have entered into the current alumni database will be transferred to the new system, so they will not be requested to re-enter their information.

Please note that owing to the transition, the database will not be accessible during the following period:
Tuesday, September 13, 2022 – Sunday, October 16,2022
Scheduled start of the new system: Monday, October 17, 2022
Specific instructions on how to sign in to the new system will be provided at a later date.
*Specific instructions will be sent to the email address registered in the current alumni database.
Therefore,
(1) Those who have not yet registered their e-mail address, or
(2) Those who think their registered e-mail address may no longer be valid
are encouraged to register or re-register by Sunday, September 11, 2011.
