Ho Chi Minh Chapter Event Report! (January 24th, 2026)
In a small country, we have a big community!
The APU Alumni Jumbo Party was successfully held in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, on 24 January 2026, at a beautiful city heritage hotel, a setting that perfectly reflected the depth, history, and pride of our alumni network.
We were honored to welcome more than 70 alumni, traveling not only from Japan but also from cities across Vietnam, including Hanoi, Binh Thuan, Quang Tri, Da Nang, and more. This strong turnout speaks volumes about the unity and reach of the APU alumni community.
The event was further elevated by the presence of distinguished guests, including the Consul General of Japan in Ho Chi Minh City, the Vice President of APU, respected Vietnamese journalists, and book authors. Their participation made the evening even more meaningful and inspiring.
What made the night truly unforgettable was the warm, family-like atmosphere. The emotions shared were so strong that even after the closing speech, no one wanted to leave. Conversations continued, laughter filled the room, and the spirit of APU was deeply felt by every participant.
