Oita Chapter holds an international exchange event which connects children, local community and APU students

Hi, this is Akinobu Okada (graduated 2006 ) from Oita Chapter.
Oita chapter will hold an international exchange event in Shonai, Yufu-City. In cooperation with the Board of Education, Yufu-city, elementary school pupils, junior high school students and local citizens, about 100 participants are expected to participate.
We believe this is the first effort to involve “students from elementary schools, junior high schools and high schools”,”local citizens” and “APU international students” in communicative and active manner, which eventually contribute to nurture human resource development.
Thai student group will be there to present their culture. Their counter part will be Kagura Dance by Traditional Culture Club, Yufu High School.
