(UPDATE)APU Alumni Association’s “Alumni Database” to be transferred to a new system

The APU Alumni Association’s “Alumni Database” will be transferred to a new system.
Information that graduates have entered into the current alumni database will be transferred to the new system, so they will not be requested to re-enter their information.

Please note that the period during which the database will be inaccessible has been changed to the following:

Tuesday, September 13, 2022 – Sunday, October 16, 2022
Scheduled start of the new system: Monday, October 17, 2022

Friday, September 23, 2022 – late October, 2022
Scheduled start of the new system: late October, 2022

Specific instructions on how to sign in to the new system will be provided at a later date.
*Specific instructions will be sent to the email address registered in the current alumni database. Therefore,
① Those who have not yet registered their e-mail address, or ② Those who think their registered e-mail address may no longer be valid
are encouraged to register or re-register by Thursday, September 22, 2022.
