The APU Alumni Association is looking for outsourcing (business consultant) in accordance with the following details
1. Context
The Alumni Association is considering new ways of conducting their activities. One activity up for change is the collection method of alumni membership fees. To this end, the Alumni Association is looking for a consultant.

2. Main Purpose
Create a system of collection for Alumni Association fees (about 15 million yen per year) from approximately 18,000 APU alumni by 2025.

3. Duties and Tasks
① Draft a business plan (service design); conduct interviews with alumni
② Determine development requirements
③ Create a budget plan
④ Determine the selection method for development companies
⑤ Establish a roadmap for platform production

[Note 1] Both corporations and individuals may apply.

4. Contract Period
From July 2020 through October 2020 (may be renewed through the end of March)

5. Renumeration
About 500,000 yen (for three months)

6. Further Job Requirements
In addition to the duties and tasks listed above in 3, reports must be submitted as required by the APU Alumni Association. Furthermore, mandatory meetings will be held twice a month (online meetings are assumed).

7. Schedule
June 22nd, 2020 ~ July 13th, 2020: Recruit possible consultants
June 22nd, 2020 ~ June 26th, 2020: Hold an online briefing/ information session
July 2020: Conduct screening
Mid-July 2020: Select consultant
July 2020 ~ October 2020: Survey alumni and select roadmap proposal
October 2020: Share ideas with Alumni Chapter members
October 2020: Receive approval from the APU Alumni Association

8. Application Period
June 22nd, 2020 ~ July 20th, 2020

9. Application Conditions
Only those who meet the following requirements may apply:
(1) Able to carry out tasks in both Japanese and English.
(2) Bear no health problems which would interfere with carrying out tasks.
(3) In the case of minors, receive consent from a parent to conclude the contract.
(4)Must not be an individual or company for whom the following (a) ~ (c) is applicable:
(a) Have filed a petition for commencement of rehabilitation proceedings in accordance with the Corporate Rehabilitation Act.
(b) Have filed a petition for commencement of rehabilitation proceedings in accordance with the Civil Rehabilitation Act.
(c) Have been deemed to have no ability to perform a contract in accordance with (a) and (b) above.
(5)Must not be an individual or company (or staff, etc. therein) considered to be gang affiliated as stipulated in Article 2 of the Act on the Prevention of Unjust Acts by Members of Organized Crime Groups within the past five years. Gang affiliation as stipulated in this same article includes: a member of an organized crime syndicate or group, a company affiliated with an organized crime syndicate or group, a social movement, etc., or a special intelligence violence group, etc., or other equivalent to these.
(6)Must not be a destructive organization or a member thereof as stipulated in the Subversive Activities Prevention Act.

10. Documents to be Submitted
Please submit the following (a) and (b) in the Application Form:
(a) “Business Resume”
A “Business Resume” is a document containing a description of the history of the company, organization chart, number of employees, etc. created by the applicant, sales items, sales results, and the location status of the sales office (head office, branch office, office, etc., which mainly enter into contracts on behalf of the region).
(b) “Proposal for Duties and Tasks”
A “Proposal for Duties and Tasks” is a document containing the contents and costs the applicant will propose to the APU Alumni Association regarding the duties and tasks indicated in 3.

11. How to Submit
Only the special Application Form will be accepted. (If a submission is not received by July 13th, the submission cannot be accepted under any circumstances whatsoever.)
