「2014年度校友会総会」について
Regarding APU Alumni Association’s “2014 General Assembly”

4月1日にホームページにてお知らせしたとおり、今年度より総会は校友大会やチャプターリーダーズミーティングとは別に、世界中の校友が同じ条件で参加できるように、ウェブでの開催をすることといたしました。
We have decided to hold the have General Assembly on the web, apart from the Annual Meeting and Chapter Leader’s Meeting in order for all the alumni all over the world can participate under the same condition, as announced on April 1 on the website.
今年度の総会は下記の通り開催いたしますので、皆様のウェブによる参加をお待ちしております。特に今回は、チャプターの活動活性化のため、予算について従来とはことなる方針を打ち出しておりますので、お忙しいところかとは存じますが、ぜひご参加いただき、ご意見やご質問をお願いいたします。
The General Assembly this year will be held as below, and your participation will be most appreciated. To note, the basic policy for the budget has been drastically modified from the previous years’ budget to enhance the chapter activities. Your opinions and questions will indeed be valued this year.
なお、総会においていただいたご意見等について、重要なものについては夏に行われる予定のチャプターリーダーズミーティングにて引き続き検討する予定です。
We will continue the discussion over your opinions which are considered important at the Chapter Leader’s Meeting scheduled in summer.

・ 配信はアーカイブ化して総会終了後1週間の間、ご意見やご質問をお伺いいたします。
・ 当日もチャット機能およびメールでご意見やご質問をお受けします。
・ The streaming shall be archived and you may send opinions and questions for a week after the General Assembly.
・ You may send opinions and questions simultaneously with the streaming live.
